Laser Cut Aluminium Screens for Project Drawings
PUNCHUK supplies custom laser-cut aluminium panels for decorative facade screens, partitions, balcony screens and interior feature walls. Send the panel layout and pattern artwork together so the quotation can refer to the same panel sizes, quantities and drawing revision.
A reference image can help explain the design. Mark it as a reference if the cut pattern, panel dimensions or fixing details are still open. The fabrication scope, finish, packing and delivery terms need to be confirmed in the written quotation.
What to Send for a Screen Panel Quotation
- CAD/PDF panel layout, panel marks, dimensions and quantities.
- Pattern artwork or a reference image, with the drawing revision and approval status.
- Required thickness and alloy, or a clear request for review if these are not decided.
- Required open-area ratio, if specified, plus folded edges, frame and fixing details shown on the drawings.
- Finish, colour and sample requirements; state whether the panels are for an exterior or interior location.
- Project stage, delivery country, destination and target date.
Confirm the Pattern and Supply Scope
Identify which panels repeat and which change at corners, openings or boundaries. Ask for any unresolved cutting, edge, frame or fixing details to be listed before approving the order. State whether the request is for panel supply only or also includes specified supports and accessories.
